The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, has felicitated with civil servants across the country on Easter celebration, urging them to embrace the values of sacrifice, resilience, and renewed dedication to national service.
In her Easter message, Mrs. Walson-Jack described the season as a profound reminder of the triumph of hope over despair and the enduring power of renewal.
“Easter is more than a commemoration; it is a profound testament to the power of sacrifice, the promise of renewal, and the triumph of hope over despair. It calls on us to reflect deeply on the timeless virtues of selflessness, resilience, and unwavering dedication to service.
“As Public Servants entrusted with the responsibility of advancing national development, these values are especially significant. The spirit of Easter challenges us to rise above limitations, remain steadfast in the face of challenges, and recommit ourselves to excellence, integrity, and dedicated service to our nation.
“I therefore urge you to continue to embrace the renewed spirit of diligence, innovation, and patriotism that Easter symbolizes. Let us remain focused and work collaboratively towards building a Federal Civil Service that is efficient, transparent, and globally competitive,” Walson-Jack said.
She prayed the season inspire workers to deeper sense of purpose, strengthen their resolve to deliver quality service, and renew their commitment to the ideals of nation-building.
