Yilwatda, Basiru, others elected APC national executives

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the early hours of Saturday elected a new set of national officers during its National Convention held at Eagle Square in Abuja.

While Professor Nentawe Yilwatda was returned as the National Chairman of the APC, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru was equally returned as the National Secretary at the party’s 4th Elective National Convention held on Friday night at Eagle Square, Abuja.

Their emergence was announced by the Convention Election Committee, through voice votes and consensus arrangement to form the new National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.
