‘His role will strengthen media strategy’—HK Foundation appoints Onoja Head of Media

Investigative journalist, Johnson Onoja Integrity has been appointed Head of Media at the Idris HK Foundation.

The appointment, dated December 23, 2025, was obtained by The Times on Thursday.

The letter, signed by the Foundation’s founder, Mr Idris Hussein Kashim (Idris HK), noted the organisation’s commitment to community development, youth empowerment, and inclusive growth across Kogi East and beyond.

It stated coordinate communications, and enhance public engagement.

Onoja will oversee media relations, manage content dissemination, and support strategic messaging to highlight the Foundation’s programmes and advocacy initiatives.

In a post on his Facebook page, Onoja described the appointment as “an honour” and pledged dedication to advancing the Foundation’s media strategy and public presence.
